Lowe's is our warranty and I will tell everyone NOT to get warranty from the sellers of your appliances get from the product you purchase. This place thinks it a joke that our ice maker is not producing cubes. When we drink ice water daily and we have 6 people in our home. I didn't pay for a warranty for someone tell me 9am 5am in 3 days. Unacceptable. It's a 3000$ frig. And also had to leave many message to a answer machine. Figuring someone house. Customers are always right. And if your in a service repair then you need to do just that. Real people have jobs. So called A&E Appliance repair and they came today AFTER 5 and repaired in 20 mins.
Would never suggest this so called autumn appliance repair. Lucky I gave 1 star my wife and kids say NO STARS.
